Stuck in a rut and googled ways to make money in real estate. Thank god I came across the team at 10XBNB. After my initial call I immediately saw the opportunity at hand and joined the programme. The course is laid out with a step by step blueprint so that even someone like me could follow along and begin to execute. 1 month in and I have already lined up several properties to start bed flipping.

I learned a lot from Shaun and Ari, the course they taught is perfect for any level of skill, the course teach you the fundamentals and the road plan for short term rental business and they walk with you step by step from establishing the business then market search then regulations, etc. All the steps provided with data guidance and not random numbers. The course length is about 28 hours of video explaining the whole route from A to Z with very useful sources. This is what I was looking since long time after using many courses. I definitely recommend it for beginners who want start strong , confident and scale by time and efforts.

My experience thus far has been excellent. 10xbnb made me feel very welcome. There's so much sharing of great information. The program itself is very well executed. Most importantly increased success is definitely on the Horizon by applying the principles being taught. They walk the walk and not just talk the talk. Very good investment and support system to guide you to success.

In it VIP level for a week now and every module I absorb more great information and get more excited. 10XBNB is the real deal for beginners. SUPERB SUPPORT. Just had my one on one coaching call and feel a million percent better with FAR LESS nervousness moving forward and worried about money to make their system work. Training material and coaching are first class. 10XBNB answered all my questions and gave me some great goals to work towards before our next call. Add to that the weekly town hall meetings and Facebook chat and if you put the work in you are basically guaranteed to succeed.
